• Property Management, this is the effective use of the facilities, capital or equipment and it’s optimisation to provide an effective service for the administered building as well as reducing costs.
• All contractual requirements to initiate and terminate lease agreements and their appendices.
• Preparation of measurable and non-measurable services for monthly accounting and actively seeking out new tenants.
